According to The National Council for Behavioral Health 70% of adults in the U.S. have experienced some type of traumatic event at least once in their lives. Unfortunately, there is a public stigma and shame that is attached to trauma sufferers.  Many people feel isolated and trapped, unable to move beyond their place of paralysis.  Oftentimes, in life the grief of loss and the injury of trauma erodes self-confidence, self-image, and can lead to unhealthy ways of coping with pain.

If you are stuck or trapped and cannot seem to break free to become the best version of yourself . . . welcome to The Shame Free Life!  We offer a safe and confidential environment for healing and strategy..

If you are serious about rebuilding your life to begin your journey of purpose, I am passionate about partnering with you as we rebuild together.
